Vincent Sloot
Although born in Rotterdam, the Netherlands (1968), Vincent was raised in the Caribbean (Surinam and the Dutch Antilles) where he finished secondary school. Upon his return to the Netherlands he studied at the University of Applied Sciences (Hogeschool van Amsterdam). He graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Management Technology.
After graduating, Vincent worked for over 10 year in the ICT Telecommunications industry as an international account manager and as an international sales executive. He has travelled extensively through Europe as well as on the African continent. He is a regular and frequent visitor of the Americas.
Vincent joined the itim International group in 2007. His focuses mainly on conducting intercultural analysis of business and commercial management themes and developing and deploying intercultural communication, sales and negotiations programmes for internationally oriented organizations. He is also responsible for a number of global accounts as well as Business Development programmes.
As well as his native Dutch, Vincent is fluent in English and speaks Spanish at conversational level.
Vincent is an energetic and expressive trainer who is able to establish and build personal relationships quickly. His extensive international experience enables him to give real-life examples that support the theoretical basis.
